Thirty years of experience
An experienced Finance Director, entrepreneur, business leader and mentor
Nikki has worked as a Company Director, Founder and Finance Director across multiple sectors, with more than 30 years' experience working on the frontline of UK SMEs.
That means she understands the realities behind the numbers: payroll has to be met, suppliers need paying, margins matter, growth consumes cash and business owners need answers they can act on.
Throughout her career, Nikki has worked with businesses through periods of growth, financial pressure, restructuring and change, building stronger financial controls and helping leadership teams understand exactly where their businesses are heading.
